You've been taking things easy to recover from overtraining, lowering stress on the body with non-focused exercising ("non-focused training" would be an oxymoron). You can only loose fitness at this point. My MAF test results are also a bi...Cool geeking :-)<br />My MAF test results are also a bit all over the place currently (I like to do a 5km test), and well off the best paces I was putting in a few months ago before peak racing season. I have found that hard race efforts take a big toll - like making a "withdrawal" from your aerobic checking account which you then have to make small deposits back to build it back up.
