The typical order of operations for great coffee is 1-fresh beans, 2-burr grinder, 3-high quality hardware (press, pour-over, etc).

Love the show!Erichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00302166324555635610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6018418214305162179.post-84238906548723087752015-05-28T05:05:33.128-07:002015-05-28T05:05:33.128-07:00Thanks for sharing your coffee transformation Tawn...Thanks for sharing your coffee transformation Tawnee. How do you feel about agave as a sweetener? I go back and forth between real sugar and agave in my coffee. I think I really cut back on the sweeteners, I used to do like 3 splenda, and now I can do 1 packet of Stevia. I did try using honey or agave for a while, but that's messy. Thanks!Kurthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05245505141455413217noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6018418214305162179.post-79507587439349737452015-05-21T12:02:32.701-07:002015-05-21T12:02:32.701-07:00Hey! I know I personally needed to cut way back on stevia and not have the addiction to it like I did. It's good to get used to not needing it all the time, same with sugar. Chris Kelly holds the same thoughts on stevia. I questioned both them on what to use to replace it and the answer is nothing; certainly not real sugar. This approach actually works and it has for me. As I said, I still keep stevia around and occasionally I'll have it in something but it's rare and I don't feel like I need it. I still have sweet things like dark chocolate, certain bars, UCAN or protein powders that have some stevia, whole food sources like fruit, honey, or an indulgent treat--the idea being, just don't get addicted to any of those things!Tawnee Prazak, M.S., CSCShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07574536270084586370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6018418214305162179.post-19393757867068950372015-05-21T12:01:09.662-07:002015-05-21T12:01:09.662-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Tawnee Prazak, M.S., CSCShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07574536270084586370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6018418214305162179.post-15240056464799191962015-05-21T11:19:48.705-07:002015-05-21T11:19:48.705-07:00Stevia is junk food now? Real sugar?

Right now I'm basically whole milk and 1 packet organic stevia, sometimes Splenda if I have too.Kurthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05245505141455413217noreply@blogger.com
